Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actress, director as well as a producer, playwright, and teacher in St. Thomas University. Anna was born in Fredericton. She is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Her mother is an "English-Turkish Cypriot expat" that is originally from Britain. Anna remembers attending rehearsals for productions as a young girl and watching her mom working. Anna was featured in a variety of advertisements when she was a child.
