Fawn Mckay

Fawn MCK Brodie was born on the 15th of September 1915 in Ogden Utah. Fawn MacKay, born into the Mormon Church's first family, utilised her amazing abilities as a writer and her formidable abilities to research in order to create the psycho-historical biographies of Joseph Smith. The book called No Man knows My History was published in 1945. The title comes from the funeral sermon delivered by Joseph Smith, the creator of the Church of Latter-Day Saints. His audience was shocked by his saying: "You don't even know my name. You have never known my feelings." My history is unknown to anyone. I am not able to tell you. me to share it with you. Fawn, a 29-year-old woman wrote: "Since that moment of truthfulness, three or more writers have risen to the challenge." These documents are not lacking, they just contradict each other. The task is to sort out personal testimony from third party plagiarism and fitting Mormon-and non-Mormon-narratives into a coherent history. This is fascinating and educational. FawnBrodie took on this professional challenge. Thaddeus S. Stevens became immortalized through her work and the fruits of her studies. "The Devil's Road" (1959) The Slaughter of the South. Thomas Jefferson. The Intimate Histories (1974) The Life of Sir Richard Burton (1974) and Richard Nixon.
